Is there any purchase that is definitive?

You don't sign any contract or purchase anything here, strictly speaking. To be precise, you only earn a commission if you are redirected to one of the providers through our website and then purchase an electronic SIM card on the corresponding provider's website.
When will I receive my order?
This depends on the reservation you made with the provider you selected. Typically, you can specify the period of time you need the corresponding eSIM card with various providers.
Example 1: If you fly on June 15th and stay at your vacation spot until June 30th, reserve the eSIM card on the provider's website for that period and you can activate it directly upon arrival at your destination airport using the QR code (or instructions) you will have already received by email from the provider.
Example 2: Some providers clarify that you can activate the e-SIM card up to 30 days before the trip and the card will be activated at the earliest upon arrival at the destination provider's network.
But don't worry - each supplier will send you a specific manual, so there's nothing to worry about.
I don't have to pay anything on this page?
No, nothing. As already mentioned, this is a purely affiliate (commission-dependent) site. You, hereinafter "the customer," simply choose the package that best suits your vacation. We only receive a commission from the provider you choose if you order an electronic SIM card.
This commission amounts to a maximum of 7-15% of the price of the package you book. The commission is paid to us by the provider. You, as a customer, don't pay any extra for this, nor do you pay a single cent of commission.
How can I activate my E-Sim?
In principle, it's very simple: the eSIM card provider you order an eSIM card from will ask you for certain information (such as your email address) to send you a QR code and instructions.
The simplest option: the QR code option. To do this, simply take a photo of the QR code with a second phone (for example, your partner's or a friend's). Then scan the code with the phone you want to activate and follow the on-screen instructions. Installation is done automatically.
Is there a right of return here?
Since we are a purely affiliated store and do not enter into any contract with you as a customer, but simply refer you to an electronic SIM card provider, any claims, complaints, or returns/cancellations will only be processed through the provider itself.
